FASST is a summer competitive swim team offering high quality professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability, from beginner and intermediate to state champions.

We are constantly growing and training young swimmers to maintain a well rounded competitive swim team. Thank you for joining us. We are looking forward to meeting you. Please feel free to ask another FASST member, any Board Member or a coach any questions you may have.

The 2010 FASST Team is full, the season will go until the 1st weekend in August.  Beginning in September we will offer monthly "Stroke Clinics".  This will be open to all FASST swimmers and the public.
